Good points but NOT always good advice. Some folks (like moi, a national-defense writer with a worldwide following) need to see on-line news & various defense-related digest e-mails first thing in morning, & also need to scan social media platforms (Medium, Facebook, LinkedIn in my case) for new messages, comments on my posts, other posts deserving comments/like, & such that, might have come in overnight. So, it really depends.
